Renew
The Organs are singing their songs, quietly humming along, they do everything with and for us.
We are the action receiving the fertility of the universe.
Where do you imbibe the mystery?
Perhaps in the back of your skull or in your guts or heart,
in the soles of your feet?
It is plumping up each cell, right now. Dedicate yourself to its guidance, with no need to overpower its wisdom.
Hello everyone!
The wise astrologers tell us, right now is a great time to focus on words with an RE prefix. Which is perfect for this summer ALIGN series, as well as a few other summer offerings. Because the RE words are calling out to me, telling me to share them.
This week I will send out three emails with just a few ways to connect to the guiding RE words. And whether you are called to sign up for a summer class or not, I hope you find this writing nourishing!
And without further ado; The first word is:
RENEW
Where I am really feeling the urge to renew is in the organs.
To "renew" means to make something new, fresh, or strong again.
The Organs are singing their songs, quietly humming along. They do everything with and for us. They are the processing centers that take our energy, our life force, our food, air, water, all we interface with really, and turn it into– the experience of living.
The movement of the organs is always there underneath our busy-ness. And each organ with a part, in the symphony of our body. To me, it is a quiet symphony in everyday life, but when I spend the time tuning to it, it is so alive, so present, so complex.
And sometimes our organ songs are out of balance, someone is singing their part too loud or too soft, off key. Or screaming. How important this is to pay attention to! This is how our organs communicate with us.
TRY THIS:
I recommend trying this lying down..
Relax your belly muscles. Feel the breathe move in and out of your core body. Breath as low in the torso as you can, into the pelvis, breath in and breath out. Now add the mid torso to this, after the low belly expands on your inhale- let it move to the mid belly, breath in and breath out. After the lower and mid belly move, add the upper part of the center, breath in low, middle, high in the torso, breath out low, middle, high in the torso.
Imagine the breathe as its own force of life, a breeze, a wind moving in and around the organs. You don’t have to even place where each organ is exactly, let the pictures or sensations arise of the wind moving with and through the center of the body, the vital center. Let the air move you, be moved by the air moving through the center of your being. Keep this up for a few minutes.
Let go of any effort and now just relax, and listen. There is a deep inner ear that is attuned to the vibrational singing of your organs. Suspend any disbelief, and give in to the listening. Here arises your song. The hum of the organs that are always there doing their transformational work.
Thank you Organs.
And:
